Summit Barber Academy's students learn to provide exceptional hair services for men and women clients. They also learn the business side of the industry to set themselves up for success as a future stylist and store owner. Utilizing the education platform from Pivot Point and providing exclusive access to Summit's FUSE online curriculum, equips them with relevant and cutting edge training right at their fingertips.

The 1500-hour barber course curriculum is based on the barbering techniques prescribed by the State of Colorado for a barber license. The course includes all facets of hair services for male and female, including cutting with shears, razors and clippers. The course includes the applications of all chemical services, and the art of arranging the hair. Training includes two types of learning: theoretical knowledge and the practical experience to build the skills needed to be successful in the not only barbershops, but hair salon as well.
